Shipping + Returns for Décor Art

All orders placed after 2 PM PT will be processed on the next business day. Allow 2-7 business days for delivery for standard shipping. The shipping rate varies depending on your order total and shipping options. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

At Odyssey Artisans, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. With valid proof of purchase, most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery for a refund of the merchandise value. Items that aren’t eligible for return are:

  • Final sale items
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Shipping for Art

Please allow 30 days for your package to be delivered to your specified address. If you need something more urgently than this, please first reach out at info@odysseyartisans.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible to accommodate your request. Please note that most of the pieces are being shipped directly from artist’s studio from all over the world; international orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on our website, nor are we responsible for covering them. 

If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address upon checkout, please notify us as soon as possible at info@odysseyartisans.com. This includes out of date addresses on PayPal accounts. If you fail to notify us of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.

Easy Returns & Exchanges for Art

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. We want everyone who buys a piece of art to be completely satisfied and to be able to make a purchase without worry. 

Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. After 14 days, we do not accept returns for unwanted purchases. 

Pack the artwork back in the original tube or box with the Return Authorization Form as well as all of the packaging materials and certificate of authenticity that was included in the package. No return will be accepted without the proper paperwork and the works need to be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging to qualify for returns. We will provide an address for you to ship it back to us.

Please return your item via a trackable shipping method.  

For Damaged Art

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, then attach the photos to an email and send to info@odysseyartisans.com. An Odyssey Artisans representative will get back to you in two business days on how to proceed with your order. For returns or exchanges please reference the return policy for further details.
